After our first appointment Dr. Marshall failed to get back to us for over a year— we reached out regularly during that time. In the end, when we he got back in contact with us I had gone on DIY due to the wait, and he accused me of doing it to “manipulate” him. Horrible experience.
The doc is nice...but reaching out to him is difficult.
Visited him like a couple months back and he is absolutely difficult to get hold of. Did the blood work but never heard back from him. Tried calling and it goes to some nonsense answering service. Signing up for my chart is another giant task...they don't make life easy... absolutely disappointed.
I have spent over a year trying to get a hold of him after our first appointment and the phone was never answered. Horrible experience.
