I was very impressed with Dr. Marshall's care, compassion and professionalism. Dr. Marshall answered all questions and gave us as much time as we needed.
I so far only have great things to say about Dr Marshall. My issues are the nurses. I leave messages sometimes twice a day and it takes weeks for a returned call. I actually drove 40 minutes to the office because they did not return multiple calls to set up a test Dr Marshall wanted done immediately. The nursing staff needs major improvements. Demoran mucho en dar la citas medica mi hija ya tiene mas de 4 meses esperando su cita ,asi no cirve
After our first appointment Dr. Marshall failed to get back to us for over a year— we reached out regularly during that time. In the end, when we he got back in contact with us I had gone on DIY due to the wait, and he accused me of doing it to “manipulate” him. Horrible experience.
