I've been seeing Dr Ly now for around 10 years and continue to see him even though I no longer live in the area. I appreciate the care he's shown me over this time and will continue to see him as my GP

My 71 year old mother had been seeing you for nearly 10 years and recently she saw you complaining of chest pains and exhaustion after activities like walking up the stairs at home. After we advised her to have a second opinion she was referred to a specialist and after being examined was then rushed to hospital after again suffering chest pains.
