Dr Burtenshaw is a very outgoing and professional healthcare provider. As others have stated, he is very good about explaining your malady and the treatment option(s).
Dr. Burtenshaw is truly amazing! He listens to what you tell him about the problems you are having. He then does x-rays and explains what is the cause of your problems. I was really nervous the day of my surgery. He took the time to explain the incisions and what he does at each site. He the told me “ don’t worry we are going to take good care of you “. He is the most caring doctor I have seen in years!!! Thank you Dr. Burtenshaw!!! Please let all of your caring staff know they are the absolute best too!
One of the more pleasant surgeons I've interacted with professionally. Very thorough in his explanation and treatment. Wish I had gone to him instead of my other podiatrist the first time!
Dr. Burtenshaw saved my ankle. He did he an ankle fusion and it made a huge difference in my life. I’m so lucky he was my doctor. I’ll never be able to thank him enough for his excellent care.
Dr Burtenshaw is comprehensive and thorough in his examination. Diagnosis was spot on. Surgery then follow up with he and his team. I’m looking forward to great results as I have always had with NMO. 8 surgeries with NMO and all great results except my right knee. It has always felt missaligned. Excellent results otherwise!

He took the time to answer all of my questions, provided me with helpful information about my condition, was kind, efficient, and responsive. He was great!
Very good at answering my questions and concerns about the surgery and recovery. Good patient manner and seems to be interested in my steady recovery. Wish it was easier to contact the Specific Dr and his team, direct phone info is not easy to locate.
