Unless you want to be diagnosed with early dementia because you cannot decide quickly enough if "one" or "two" looks clearer during your eye exam, go somewhere else. This highly inappropriate, dare I say doctor had the audacity to ask my father if my mother has early dementia or alzheimer's in front of her, during her exam. My mother then went home and told her neighbors she had been diagnosed with alzheimer's. What a disgraceful and highly offensive thing to do to an elderly person! I would never go back to this eye doctor. I had to change my eye doctor because I had just moved to San Antonio. I was charged $100+ on top of my insurance and co-pay. After the visit, I tried ordering prescription contact lenses online, but she wanted me to order this specific brand because that's what she "prescribed" without TELLING me in the first place. They wanted me to ORDER FROM THEM and they we're overpriced.
Rude and rushed me the entire visit. I doubt I even got the proper prescription for my new glasses given how fast she wanted me out of there. I now need a second opinion on my eye exam to be sure I get the correct lenses. What a waste of my time and money. I'll never go back here let alone refer anyone. If anything I'll make everyone aware to be stay away from here because she is the worst.
Rush and ride did not let me even respond when asked and letter or number it was before moving to the next keep saying that it was her day off and she wasn’t even supposed to be taking mines clients. Must had said it was her day off about 5 times payed 300 for glasses next door just still see blurry. I do not recommend this place at all I want my free payed back and new prescription with some one else. !!! Was since on may 10th
