Nice when people actually take their time to educate I had called several different pest companies, and not one company took the time to explain exactly what was going on at my house until I call Phoenix pest control The gal made me feel much ore at ease and even drove all the way out past Queen Creek to speak with me I was happy with the price & the service
WORST Customer Service I've EVER Experienced This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever received. I had them come out and spray for a cricket problem, and the crickets never went away. When they called me to schedule my next appointment I informed them that I was not happy with the results and I would like a respray at no cost.
