My husband, Red, had his first appointment with Dr Arnold today. He has hearing aids, but didn’t wear them and he didn’t like his previous Dr. Dr Arnold was very patient and professional. She reprogrammed his hearing aids and explained how to use them. She talked about better ways for us to communicate with each other. We talked about options for a new aid, but instead of trying to sell us something, she recommended that he wear his for a month and then decide what to do next. My experience with Dr.Arnold and her husband Mark were over the top exceptional and I'd highly recommend anyone with impacted ears to pay a visit. Because of my job, I wasn't able to make normal business hours. They made an exception to come out on a Saturday and open the practice so I could be treated.
Dr. Arnold and her staff are wonderful and very thorough. She took the time to run diagnostic hearing testing and also analyze personal familial history to advise us on strategies to listen and understand one an other. I would recommend her to everyone due to the professionalism and care my husband received as a patient.
