Después de esperar mucho tiempo para el procedimiento de la gastroscopia y colonoscopia me llamaron del Hudson Regional de Secaucos, con una dra, que bi he visto nunca, Después de haber confirmado mi cita más de 4 veces y haber parado el anticoagulante me cancelaron, ahí no iré nunca más, creo que es una falta de respeto al paciente.
The worst service ever. I don’t know how many numbers I had to call to reach the office I needed to speak with. Every time I call to see if they receive the fax they needed from my doctors for clearance for my test or procedure they didn’t receive it so I have to do it again and again so you know what I told them thank you but I will not be having anything done there sorry, I’ll be going somewhere else. Very disappointed, I wasted so much time. I could have had it done somewhere else and been done with it already.
Terrible service. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and it’s 2:35 and he hasn’t show up yet. Checked with the front office and all she said was as he is on his way . There is no one here. Very disappointed!
