It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only best of the best in terms of knowledge and skill, but also has such compassionate bedside manners and care. My C-section was truly the most beautiful experience with Dr. Hyler and I will forever be grateful.
Staffs are friendly people and care about your needs. This location offers quality and great patient service.
This is genuinely one of the worst doctor’s offices I’ve ever had to deal with. Generally, once you’re actually in the building it’s fine, but good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Every single time I’ve tried to call to schedule or even reschedule an appointment for over a year now, I get 10 minutes of waiting with an automated voice constantly “updating” me on my place in line, just for it to tell me that extension isn’t available. I would stay far away from this office, they left me stranded and scrambling to find a new Dr at 20 weeks pregnant because I called in to ask a question a couple of days before my anatomy scan was scheduled and they informed me they no longer take my health insurance. Then time goes by I end up in the hospital and happen to see Dr Hyler (who was great to work with and a great Dr) and he informs me they do take my insurance and schedules me an apt to come back to the office when I get out.
