Dr HVAC provide prompt and excellent service. I started using them just for annual check ups but since then, when my furnace had to be replaced, they did the work and installed an excellent efficient system. Follow up after the install has been outstanding. Their technicians are all excellent, knowledgeable and courteous. Could not recommend this company enough. Keep up the good work!!

This has been my third time using Dr HVAC, and everytime the service has gone way above and beyond what I expected. Not only are their teams full of the nicest people, but they work hard, fast, and are extremely thorough. Seth just came to my place for a furnace checkup, as well as inspected our fireplace. I have not turned this fireplace on once since we moved in 4 years ago, as we were told it might have some issues. Our experience with Dr HVAC has been great. They applied promptly to my initial inquiry. There was lots of communication around our appointment. Adam, the technician was very professional, efficient, and has provided quality work. We have another project scheduled soon and look forward to working with Adam on that.

NJ provided excellent service and was very professional throughout the visit. He arrived with a great attitude and took the time to thoroughly inspect every part of the system. He patiently answered all of my questions, including both specific concerns and general inquiries about the unit. I had the perfect experience with Dr HVAC Toronto. Our technician was Seth McKnight. Booking was super simple through their automated phone line. I got a text before Seth arrived. He was so knowledgeable and efficient. He didn't have the part necessary to fix the issue so he went back to his supply warehouse to get it and was back within the hour to fix the job. 10/10 would use again.
