Avery was great! Kind, explanatory, trustworthy. We called bc our AC wasn’t working during a heatwave in toronto - it was over 30 degrees in our home!. He was also very kind to my elderly mom who showed him the issue prior to my arrival. All- around excellent service. A very positive experience with Dr. HVAC in purchasing our new A/C unit. From the initial technician, Bryan who explained in detail the problem, then to Paul who was very helpful in guiding us to pick the right unit; and then to Garey and Rahul who did the install with diligence and minimal disruption - everything was done with care and communication along the way.
