I had the perfect experience with Dr HVAC Toronto. Our technician was Seth McKnight. Booking was super simple through their automated phone line. I got a text before Seth arrived. He was so knowledgeable and efficient. He didn't have the part necessary to fix the issue so he went back to his supply warehouse to get it and was back within the hour to fix the job. 10/10 would use again.

Jamie-Mae was excellent! She arrived exactly on time and immediately got to work on my furnace, which had stopped working completely! She is very professional and I really appreciated how she took the time to explain the issue to me step-by-step. We had a great experience with Sherman. Not only knowledgeable but patient with us old folks explaining the ins and outs of our system! And a follow up is needed so we're very pleased that he will take care of this in the morning and not leave us hanging. Also very careful with all the snow and slush around to keep it out of the house.

Every person I came into contact with was so kind and genuine. I never felt pressured into anything or left feeling upsold and was always informed when I didn’t understand something. I had a lot of questions and they were answered in detail. As a new home owner it’s been such a blessing to have great people care about making the house safe and secure. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. HVAC for a combined service on my tankless water heater and furnace. The technicians were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and left the workspace spotless. They took the time to explain the maintenance process and provided a detailed health report for my records. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone in Brampton!
