Dr Gopinath doesn't really care or actually listens. I've been on the same meds and it makes me feel ill in many ways but all he does at each appointment is just adjusts them 10mg up or down. He does not care.

Good god, I've put up with these guys for 2 years now and it is a miserable experience every time. 80% of my orders arrive late because there's some processing error, or payment invalidation, or insurance problem. Its the same order, on the same card, every 3 months, and yet almost every time I have to go a week without sensors because of their gross incompetency on something that could be scripted in week.

I've been a patient here for a few years and the receptionist i usually speak with is friendly and professional, however, the last time I called, there was a different person I spoke to and she was completely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I kept my composure throughout the whole phone call while she berated me. When the call finally ended, I was very upset and shocked by how she would speak to patients of a psychiatric clinic! I find Dr.Gopinath to be thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I don’t feel rushed during our appointments and have been seeing the benefits of following his recommendations. He has tremendously helped me.
