My dr wants me to see this dr but with the reviews for him not sure I am interested in seeing him.
After waiting in the exam room for 20 minutes for him to finish talking to a medical records salesman, Dr Ansari announced he would no longer be treating me after 15+ years, but having a Optometrist take over my exams. You see an Optometrist when you go to Walmart. It’s all about revenue and not patient care. If you want a compassionate, caring doctor, I can not recommend Dr Ansari.
Dr. Ansari is a fantastic physician, and I feel very glad that my eye health is in his care. He does have a business-like manner during appointments, but his focus is on your health, and not on his bedside manner. While I do like to chit-chat as much as the next person, I understand that Dr. Ansari is focused and busy.
He talks to me like I’m a child. Rushes me out, Sometimes he makes me feel like my disease is my fault. I spend most of my time in his waiting rooms.
Doctor Ansari is an incredible surgeon. He’s very knowledgeable about the treatment of glaucoma. He probably save my sight. He’s trustworthy and I Highly recommend him.
Dr. Ansari is a brilliant surgeon, but prior to the surgery and in aftercare he has been dismissive of my concerns ( I have had many reasons for them) and assured me through his assistant that all was normal and that I should not seek medical help at the moment. It resulted in a critical situation, when I almost lost vision in my only working eye. He never apologized. In critical situation he appeared to be protecting himself, rather than focusing on my best interests. When my local Dr. tried to contact him three times with ... read more
needed to reschedule a appointment today. I was offered a early appointment later this week which co ordinated perfectly with my schedule. Amazing doctor and his staff are equally pleased to work with your schedule at a moments notice.
I was a glaucoma patient with Dr. Husam Ansari for several years, but I found it necessary to leave his practice because he would not satisfactorily address the impact of errors made during my care. I also found his practice to be unresponsive to my complaints about long wait times after my arrival for appointments. The office manager explained that it is routine for the practice to schedule two patients into each booking slot. Overall, I found a lack of patient focused service.
I had cataract surgery three days ago. I can't believe how much my sight has improved and how easy the procedure is. Dr. Ansari is friendly, answers questions immediately and willingly, and does a great job.
