Very disappointing experience. The doctor requested that my wife come in for an appointment after she had already completed a separate medical procedure/scan at another location. There was absolutely no explanation beforehand as to why an in-person appointment was necessary or what they needed to discuss. Because of this, I had to take a day off work and drive her for about an hour. Most importantly, we were both extremely worried that something might be wrong based on the scan results. Very disappointing experience. I felt that the clinic was pushing unnecessary appointments and trying to find problems where there weren’t any, including suggesting diagnoses that didn’t seem to be supported by the evidence. I also spoke with another patient who had a similar experience. Very concerning and, in my opinion, unfair to patients.
Hi called in today 11:24am sept 17th First time - maybe the doctor is good - but the front receptionist Colleen either needs proper reception training or has to get another job - the amount of unprofessionalism she had over this call blew my mind to the point where I will not be giving my referral business to this clinic. The receptionist Colleen is terrible. Even from the previous reviews everyone says that the doctor is amazing but the front desk lady is terrible. If you have voice recording PLEASE listen to the way she talks. People are looking for jobs / she should leave and let someone else work.
Dr Khambati has done three different procedures for me over the years. I find him to be very knowledgeable and exceptionally skilled. He is very kind and patient in his demeanor. He listens and answers all of your questions. I would highly recommend Dr Khambati.
