My deductible was satisfied yet you still charged me $88.88 more than you should’ve. Even if the insurance Company called on the phone with me to speak to the office manager. She refused to answer. We will never go back there again any of my family and anyone I know of I will make sure I give a horrible rating too and tell them to stay away from this office. I’m glad my $88.88 that you stole was so important to you to lose a customer!!🤬
Dr. Rodriguez was very complete in his examination, He listened to our concerns, he told us his game plan for getting us well again, and he answered all our questions .
