The entire team at this clinic was absolutely wonderful throughout my pregnancy journey. Dr. Pazouki provided excellent care right from the beginning. Dr. Zhang has been my OB for both my first and second pregnancies, and I can honestly say she is one of the best doctors I have ever met. This review is for Dr. Leslie Proctor’s office. My doctor sent a referral here, and after two weeks of waiting, the office still had not responded. That is unacceptable and wasted valuable time. Patients should not be left waiting without any acknowledgement or update. The lack of communication reflects poorly on the office’s management and shows a disappointing disregard for patients’ time and care. I hope this feedback encourages the practice to improve its referral process and communication.
