The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are always attentive and accomodating. I am always treated with a sense of urgency. All of my symtoms are addressed when i present to their office. My questions are consistently answered and the Dr. goes above and beyond to inform and educate me. I feel confident knowing that I can depend on them to always meet my needs.
