I would like to express my dissatisfaction and the disrespectful service I received from your front desk representative (Wendy)during my recent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unprofessional demeanor of the representative. Her attitude was rude, threatening, and dismissive, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It is very hard to correspond with Ms/Mrs Wendy at times. You’re barely even able to have a proper conversation without her over talking. Continuously making Dr ogletree patients feel uncomfortable from her words. I’ve been going to this dentist for years now and now that I’ve grown up to see her actions, they’re sometimes unprofessional. Any problems that occur I think it’s best to actually speak with the dr to make sure he do understand what the patient is trying to say, even if nothing changes I know that I’m understood.

I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience, from walking in the door to my treatment. The staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Dr. Ogletree was great, explaining my treatment options with a calmness that put me at ease. He explained everything step by step. His assistant is very nice as well and makes sure that you're comfortable. Finally, Wendy is the absolute best. I love this staff for the great services that they provide to the community.
