I was referred to Dr Zhou by my gynecologist and I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience. She’s not only was very patient and kind, but very thorough with explaining what my options were and how we would go about them. I had such a positive experience from beginning to end with Dr Zhou and her staff as well. She takes her time with you and give you ample time to ask questions and to make you feel comfortable with your decisions. My surgery outcome was better Thani expected! Thank you so much Dr Zhou!

Dr. Zhou is the kindest, best urologist I've ever had!!! Unfortunately, I have become increasingly handicapped over the past year, and she moved her office upstairs. I could not make it inside. Her assistant came to me, and Dr. Zhou herself followed up by a personal phone call. She made sure I had a supply of meds, and referred me to a colleague who works in a building with valet parking. I shall miss my dear Dr. Zhou, and keep her fondly in my memory.

Dr. Zhou is a very highly skilled and caring surgeon. The initial exam is exceedingly thorough and she explains exactly what she is doing, why, and her findings. My procedure was explained to my total satisfaction including a hand drawn diagram. She is very highly regarded in her field and before specializing in reconstructive surgery she actually delivered my primary doctor’s son. My surgery is successful and follow up has been excellent. Dr. Zhou is far and above the best Dr. I have ever met. Not only did she see me in a very assuring way during a pandemic, but when surgery was able to be performed, her surgical skills were second to none. In addition,AJ , in her office , always was friendly, helpful and reachable! It is hard to find the caring and expertise this office offers in today’s world!

I FINALLY found a great urologist to help me with my problems. She is highly skilled (a former ob/gyn) and compassionate. She examined me thoroughly to rule out other possible complications before treating me with an on-target program for frequent UTIs. Her office staff is kind and professional. I'm very glad I found Dr. Zhou!

I was the first appointment of the day and they had me Sitting there for an Hour and and they forgot all about me and have the audacity to say oh well the doctor didn't want to take you in first.

Great experience. Wait time was nothing. As soon as I finished filling out my paperwork, she was ready to see me. Front desk was very welcoming. It was a great experience. Doctor was very caring and listened to all my concerns. I never felt rushed. I was so pleased.

I am 72 and I had a pelvic floor repair and a hysterectomy 5 months ago. Dr. Zhou is terrific. She explains everything. I felt comfortable to ask every question, no matter how personal. I was frightened but she and her staff were reassuring always available to me. The surgery and recovery occurred just as she said it would. I highly recommend Dr. Zhou.

By far the most thorough exam. Dr. Zhou is caring and compassionate and takes her time to hear all concerns. She is one of the best !
