Dr. Rosenblum has been very helpful and very kind in dealing with my autistic son, who is hard to examine. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive in my dealings with him. The phones are frustrating, very often busy. I can't say I found the staff friendly or unfriendly. My usual experience is they are businesslike and polite, but a bit rushed.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Stay away if you love your child! He shouldn't be a docor any more. He mistreated my child on purpose! My child almost got killed in his hand.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR if you love your child!!! Very unprofessional!!! He almost killed my child. He delayed and deteriorated my child's sickness on purpose!!! He shouldn't be a doctor. He should be sent to jail!!!
