This rating has less to do with the excellent hygienist who does my twice a year cleaning. It does have to do with the 2 minute look in my mouth by the dentist and the billing system which I find incomprehensible. When I asked why there wasn't a total for services, amount of payment noted, and zero balance noted.. I was told that is the way the system is set up as described below. I am impress and happy with the service. I hade a dental emergency call the office after hours and left a message and got a response back in less than five minutes. The doctor that called was very caring and professional I will highly recommend this to my family and friends.
