Nightmare , Permanently disfigured. I am out 7500 dollars from the surgery and another 3,000 dollars of medical bills from all the doctors and surgeons I had to see to fix my stomach,.
Facelift looks worse than before. Wanted the bags removed from below my eyes. He said he could do a brow lift. That was a bad mistake . I look awful and my bags are still there . The scar from my hairline keeps getting infection. I went in to talk to him and he said I am still in the healing stage. But after three months I look jacked up and I look like a deer in head lights . I am so depressed and want my money back and want my face back the way it looked before I saw him. He is a doctor you want to avoid
This is my 2nd service with Dr. Heppe and he has once again exceeded my expectations. From beginning to end, the staff was awesome and comforting. Dr. Heppe explained exactly what he would be doing and made sure all of my questions were answered. He even returned a late night call just to answer my question about the breathing exercise machine and the leg compression machine. I found Dr. Heppe and the entire team at Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg to be exceptional on every level. The staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Dr Heppe and his staff are the most amazing people. I completed my 3rd procedure in November and could not be more pleased. I live an hour away and it was well worth the drive. He is the best in his profession and I am so thankful for the recommendation. If you are thinking about a "body modification" as I call it--don't wait. The sooner you do it the longer you will be able to enjoy your results. And there is no one else I would recommend. Thank you Dr Heppe and your wonderful staff!

Dr. Heppe and staff are the best. Dr. Heppe did a breast reduction and lift on me in September 2018 which turned out great! And then 9 weeks later I am now two weeks into recovering from a lipo/tummy tuck--the results are fantastic. My recovery is unbelievable--Dr. Heppe has the best bedside manner as does the staff--everyone treats you with kindness and respect. My daughter who introduced me to Dr. Heppe has had two different procedures done and is extremely pleased with her results.
