Dr. Barrow restored my hearing! Went to ENT when my hearing in left ear went bad (deaf) I was diagnosed with Otosclerosis and I was referred to Dr Barrow for surgery & he is AMAZING! I can hear again! Just know…It’s a very busy office so it’s hard to get in but wait times are quick once you have appt.
Dr. Barrow, I trusted with my nasal surgery and I was not disappointed. From the beginning he explained the procedure, answered all my questions and then did a phenomenal job on the surgery. I'm not sure how he did it but I have absolutely no pain post-op day one. I know there's a little internal swelling but I already see a marked improvement in my ability to breathe. Thank you Dr. if I could I'd give you five more stars.
This staff in the bad is very rude.. the Doctor will say one thing and the staff in the back will do another and when you try to verify certain things they brush you off. When you call the nurse triage line. The lady’s who answer the phone are rude and cut you off when you’re trying to speak. Then turn around and ask you what is your question. unprofessional staff.
I always have a good experience with Dr. Barrow. He's gentle and always makes me feel comfortable.
Dr McKenna is incompetent and does not provide a thorough ENT exam and as a RN I refuse to recommend him
