Dr McKenna is incompetent and does not provide a thorough ENT exam and as a RN I refuse to recommend him
He did my sons surgery and he did an amazing job
I have been a patient of this practice for approximately 10 years for hearing aids which were $7,000. I went back to have a hearing appt and request re-programming of the hearing aids when they were 5 years old and it was going to be $1700 because they had to download new program since “the hearing aids are dinosaurs. I should buy new hearing aids”. Went to a different audiologist and the reprogramming was $25. They lasted another 3 years. Dr. Howard was recommended by my primary doctor Dr.zafarany great primary physician's. When I first came to Dr.howard office I was very worry. He was polite and knowledgeable about his specialty. It may be feel instantly calm. His team is wonderful at all times. The day of the surgery Dr.Howard had this confidence energy letting me know , that everything was going to be okay.
