My experience was the greatest, Dr Barrow was great, the staff was great, i still tell everyone about him.
I was referred to Dr. Barrows. They called to make an appointment but I was waiting for my new insurance info at that time and was told to call and let them know so we could set up an appointment, but..I can never get thru. There is always a super long wait time. I was also told Dr. Barrows was in the Lehigh office on Fridays but I just called and it says they are closed. I think they need to get more help.
Edit: no matter how good the doctor is when everyone is telling you it's impossible to make or change an appointment and your staff doesn't answer the phone, why aren't you instituting change? This review is for the Cape Coral office. I want to give Dr. Barrow ALL the praise for being one of the few doctors to make sure that by treating one condition, he isn't making another, unrelated condition, worse. He is very on top of drug interactions and the latest research and he's very careful.
