This review is of Dr. Richard's office staff, specifically his schedulers. I have not seen the doctor yet, which is actually the point. I have left 3 messages over the past 5 days not one of which not one has been returned. From other reviews, it sounds like he's a great doctor, but this isn't worth a lot if you can't get in to see him. I'll be happy to amend my review if I am able to see him.
