Timely. Humane. Attentive. Answered all questions. Explained ahead of the procedure in clear language every step and what to expect long term. After the procedure everything was explained and information on how to reach them for any necessary follow up was provided. A very positive experience

People were kind, efficient and thorough. And just FYI, the doc said it was a good thing I went in. I was not able to get a colonoscopy at Kaiser in California because they do a mail-in test. That test did not catch polyps. This one did. I have already recommended the procedure to my sister. It was easy and painless. It could save your life.
