I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Dr. Chin and the billing department at GENESIS OBGYN following my wife’s recent delivery. My wife delivered our baby at TMC on September 2nd, but Dr. Chin did not attend the delivery, nor did she check on my wife afterward. We received a separate bill from TMC for the delivery services, yet we were also billed by GENESIS OBGYN for Dr. Chin’s services on the same day, despite her absence. Dr. Eisenberg discovered a pre-cancerous condition. It was biopsied, and I was treated by a specialist that he recommended. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, kind, listens, and is easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him with no hesitation.
He cancelled and the office tried to make the next appointment 5 months later after I waited 6 months for this appointment. The schedule staff was not pleasant to speak acting inconvenienced by me. I drove to the office 30 min away to find out he wasn’t there. They could have called me knowing he wasn’t in the office
I began to see Dr. Chin at 36 weeks pregnant after an unexpected move from another state. She was fantastic! She's very personable and knowledgeable. I wish I had her for the entire pregnancy.
Dr. Chin and her medical assistant were so kind, welcoming and professional. Dr. Chin really listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I have been a patient of Dr. Chin for many years and can’t image going any where else.
I made an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Eisenberg, two months in advance. A week and a half before the appointment they called to tell me he would be out of the office that day which is August 1. They would only be able to reschedule me in November. I already took the day off work. This is so unprofessional to not only cancel so close to the appointment, but then not be able to reschedule it for over four months. I had a C-section by Dr. Eisenberg 28 years ago when I came to Arizona from California. I met him when he first arrived here, as I did. He is an excellent physician. He continues to learn all he can in our changing world of technology in Medicine. He is very professional and caring. He is patient and kind. I recommend him for his honesty and help in a precarious health situations. He reaches out to experts on his patients behalf and follows through with support.
Dr. Chin was the first doctor to diagnose a heart murmur for me during an annual visit years ago. She has a friendly and kind demeanor every visit! She is very knowledgeable and really cares. I highly recommend her!
Couldn't ask for a better doctor. Dr. Chin listens and cares.
