I highly recommend this place! I am going through the IOP program because of a brain injury and CRPS. It has helped my pain, anxiety and executive function. The people are so nice and caring and the support you get in the IOP program is priceless.
Highly disappointed in how the staff treated myself as a new patient today. I was informed WEEKS ago that my cost and appointment would be covered. I’ve met both deductible and out of network, my insurance apps shows I pay nothing. Their staff will compare you to others who pay more than you to pry money out of you. Dr. Cohen and his team have genuinely changed my life. Dr. Cohen listens to every question and concern, explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and never rushes through appointments. Even when I show up with a thousand questions, he listens to each one and answers thoughtfully. At my first appointment, Dr. Cohen was able to diagnose me with EDS. He knew within seconds that I had it but he still spent the next 2 hours confirming his diagnosis by talking with me and asking questions. He never once made me feel like I was stupid and making up my symptoms like nearly every other doctor I’ve seen. Dr. Cohen is extremely professional and knowledgeable.
