I was in the ER for kidney stones. Dr Frydamn came in an spoke to me for about 2 minutes after I had been waiting in the hospital for over 48 hours to see him. I had surgery today it was suppose to be at 6 am. Then it was pushed to noon. then to 3 then to 330. When I got to the OR Dr Frydman was not there. He did not show up for another 2 hours. I have been poring blood and peeing blood ever since the surgery. I would find anybody else he is not the guy you want to see.
Dr. Frydman was amazing. He assessed the problem and did his best to get the procedure I needed in the hospital asap. Which he did, the next morning. Office staff , every time I called were patient and connected me to the Dr. when I needed. A+++++
Waited 1 hour to see the Dr and I had a tentative appointment. They took a urine sample, but never called me back. I called the office and couldn't reach anyone. The automated system does not work. Disaster service and zero follow up.
Find another urologist!!! DO NOT waste your time with this quack. His office staff is completely incompetent and disorganized. I have chronic kidney stones which are extremely painful and he spent less than 5 minutes with me and dragged out my "care" for so many days with no sense of urgency that my kidney stones finally dropped into my urinary tract and I had to pass them on my own. This place is awful.
