Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Dr. Budner saved my eyes – I came to Dr. Budner because I had been having problems with my vision for 2 years. I saw another eye doctor that could not give me glasses to help my eyes. I went to Dr. Budner and he immediately diagnosed the problem using these hi tech machines and informed me about my condition and gave me the different options as I have a condition called Keratoconus. He saved me from losing my vision. I am so glad we found him
Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance.
