I gave 3 Stars because I believe he is a good Dentist. He is a perfectionist and I liked that. BUT you MUST do your due diligence with insurance. And be very aware of his want to improve your "Total Health". He does not tell you that you are paying for this "extra" service. I paid hundreds for a service I never requested or agreed to. Was never even provided with an estimate or expected cost. And found out after my crown that my insurance refused to pay for any of it. Wow, Dr. Dean is so calm and caring. Patient and helpful too. Took extra time to explain what the issues were and what needed to happen to fix them. Great staff too.
