I consulted with UM Lasek docs a few years ago and Dr. Adelson this year. I found T. Adelson was more comfortable in his specialty, and answered my odd questions with professional consideration--attempting to get to my underlying concerns as well. He didn't just answer about the technique, but how it would affect my care as well. I was fed up with my glasses! I didn't feel pressured to do lasik, but I did learn the benefits.
