I visited first time and was advised to do my blood serum drops and night gel and come back in 3 weeks. Along with him telling me that if I lived in Florida I could still get a drivers license? Seriously?? Came back 3 weeks later and was told my Neuro keratitis was better (it was not) and told he was releasing me and to continue blood serum drops and night gel! No help! I am writing this review for the great Dr. Amiel. In my "eyes" he is the best doctor I have ever met. He is fully committed in helping people with vision problems. The thing I liked most was his desire to help me change from a legally blind person, most of my life, to now being 20/20. It was a long road but Dr. Amiel was determined to help me with all of his knowledge in any way he could. I felt he really cared and he has changed my life forever! I was mesmerized. Our experience with Dr. Amiel has been wonderful. Besides being an outstanding eye surgeon, Dr. Amiel is also a very nice person with a great bedside manner. He never appeared to be in a hurry when meeting with us, listened to our concerns, and answered every question we had. My husband's cataract surgeries were very successful and he is pleased with the results. We highly recommend Dr. Amiel to anyone needing eye surgery.
