I went here for many years, in the last couple of years their ability to honor appointments at the correct time and day is very hard for them. They either wait until you walk in for your appointment, to tell you they canceled it or they have you sit in the waiting room for over an hour past your time while other people wak in behind you and are called before you. They have asked me not to leave and that they can "fit me in" and then an hour elapses. I have never seen a place that has such difficulties with this. After being ... read more

I stopped going here because of the rescheduled appointments and the lack of caring staff. I went to a new dentist and told them I've been having horrible pain in my crown and the new dentist got me in and the crown was put on backwards! Since Dr. Mendelsohn retired this practice has gone done the drain with the service and staff's bad attitude. Definitely give a thumbs down and don't recommend wasting your time and money at this office.

Office called me three times to reschedule my appointment after months of waiting due to staffing issues! Very inconvenient and your teeth pay the price!
