They were polite and respectful plus caring for my slowness because I was using a walking cane…
Poor communication between staff and patiences. Long wait on phones only to be told that someone would call me back. No one calls back. They make appointments without asking if the appointment works for you. If you complain about the lack of communication. You are the problem and if you get upse.t They say that your abusive to staff and tell you to find a new doctor. The doctor ask you if you have any questions. When you try and ask they interrupt you.
On time and Dr. Chansky and staff were super helpful
