We contracted with Dr. House Properties to repair a bathroom that had water damage. The drywall patch was not taped and mudded properly. When we went to prime the patch, the tape pulled away from the ceiling and corners. Also, the patch on the wall was not feathered in properly. The owner's attitude was unexpectedly belligerent and crass. I have the texts and pictures to prove it all. I do not recommend this contractor.
Just completed a deck in our backyard and the team building it was fantastic. Had a few bumps with trouble locating materials, but they didn't give up and finally were able to locate what was needed. Great job!
