I had a great experience at Dr. Bathaei office. I didn’t know my dental insurance had expired, and the receptionist kindly called the insurance company but couldn’t reach them. When I checked, I realized my coverage had ended because of a job change. Dr. Bathaei was so kind and understanding — he didn’t charge me and said I could pay through my new insurance later. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!
It was very important for me to be able to trust my dentist, and I truly felt that trust with Dr. Bathaei. Cleanliness is also very important to me, and the clinic was spotless and welcoming. Dr. Bathaei is very calm, knowledgeable, and professional — it was truly an honor to be his patient. Everyone working there was kind, caring, and respectful, and the whole atmosphere felt warm, calm, and comfortable. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend this place.
