I like DR Horton as a builder at some of their other subdivisions but in this subdivision they are building all their homes with the same amenities inside, cabinets are all a very dark stain. Counter tops are all white quartz. Fixtures are the sAmerican. Different floor plans and square footage is available. I wouldn't want my house to look like just like my neighbors house. Bad idea for me.
