Avoid Dr Horton at all costs - they lied about available amenities while closing, they lied about our AC working, our master toilet doesn’t work and already needs replaced. Our kitchen sink is leaking because it’s not sealed correctly. We are missing insulation in the ceiling above our master bedroom. Lots of plumbing issues in our neighborhood. Been calling them for a week straight. They are building a house across the street from us and the contactors block our driveway, drivers sleeping in the truck, drinking beer on the job, leaving trash and bottles in the street, and a lot more over the past 2months. I would ask the contractors politely to please move from in front of our driveway and they laugh, start speaking Spanish, and walk away. But it's funny because I'm fluent in Spanish and knew what they were saying.

We visited DHI Horton to sign for our new home—a major purchase—and naturally had some questions. Unfortunately, TERESA was extremely rude and unhelpful. We only asked one question, but she seemed bothered and even made hand gestures toward my wife to hang up the phone, as if we were wasting her time. We spoke with the manager and Zack, who apologized on her behalf. While the rest of the team was great, her attitude was unacceptable and left a very negative impression. This is why I’m leaving a 1-star review.
