Home was built well, and when errors were made or expectations not met, DR openly corrected issues. I am pleased with the response in action to our requests. The only downside of working with DR was during the buying portion as they schedule several very last minute meetings (go over sales stuff, go over timeline, walk throughs on the property, and the final walk were all night before kind of scheduling with limited windows for the following day). I am not sure what to think. I have sold many homes by Dr Horton. I have always hugely respected what this builder offers for the money that a buyer spends. I have also respected how they treat the buyers I bring to them. So I was in shock when I went there expecting to show a buyer an inventory home only to hear that the builder was now asking buyers to bid the home up in price!
