We moved to Entrada in April 2025 and after a year living here in St. Augustine, we are very happy not only with the city, but also the whole experience with DR Horton. House is beautiful, with only minor details that Rocky and the warranty team fixed promptly. Even my parents want to do business with DR Horton now! Thank you DR. We are happy to be part of the family.
If I could leave zero stars I would. The amount of problems I’ve had are unreal. Martin is a liar who try’s to hide your problems with your home then not tell you about the terrible work he’s doing to do behind your back to fix it. Scott had been helpful until we mentioned an attorney now nothing we have they want todo. These people are liars always trying to scam the homeowners. The homes and community are beautiful, (Sawmill Branch in Palm Coast) but there has been a major issue since closing that still hasn’t been resolved more than a month later. My address is # Oakleaf Ct, but almost every system automatically changes it to # Oakleaf Way, which is a different street in a neighboring community built by the same builder. Because the names are so similar, duplicate-suppression systems used by AT&T, delivery companies, and other services keep “correcting” the address. As a result, I still cannot get... read more
My experience leading up to the closing was satisfactory, though it appears that this was merely superficial. Despite acquiring a new property, my agent recommended a home inspection, which I initially viewed as an unnecessary expense, as I anticipated discovering any issues independently. The closing date was September 26, 2025.
