Allan George Crooms is one of the very good architect in D.R.Horton! And he has great patience with buyers. He explains every detail of the house very carefully and completes all modifications required for the buyer's house inspection. Even if the house transfer is completed, he will take any questions you have seriously!
DO NOT PURCHASE A DR HORTON HOME. You will regret your decision if you do. They do not honor their warranty. They use sub standard construction, contractors, and Materials. Purchased home 2 months ago and will be spending thousands to make it right. Poor plumbing fixtures in bathrooms that flood the cabinets with the smallest amount of pressure applied, can’t even use faucets to clean cpap hose.
