Beware of the Tonya Buxton. do not buy DRHorton in New Mexico or you’ll do your new home walkthru with an inexperienced supervisor who is simply pushed by her to finish the house build. No GC contractor lisc.+does no quality assurance at all and is a newbie in construction. The NM division Corp.folks stay in the office, party, are very top heavy, and are pushed by this sales woman, former realtor. So the houses constructed in NM locations are left to be built with very inexperienced young guys some or all are fired frequently... read more

My original title was for the wrong lot. For the first two years, I did not receive an insurance bill. I received a notice of cancellation as my only mail and had to pay immediately both years.
