DR Horton is very difficult to manage warranty claims. It has been a constant battle dealing with warranty claims and poor craftsmanship since the purchase of our home. I highly reccommend buyers to have an extremely detailed pre-purchase inspection and 1 year post-purchase inspection. Be prepared to deal with constant battles regarding post sale warranty repairs. The structure of our home is solid, but getting any repair work done has been a nightmare since we closed on our home.
The staff was fantastic, made closing effortless.
