I love the fact of having a new house. However, be aware of HOA unless you don’t mind being told what to do and what not to do on your own property. I’ve stayed in a HOA community before but this one is very strict. They have a 200+ page HOA rule book and expect you to learn it front and back. The pool is always closed or dirty and you have to pay to use the clubhouse on top of HOA fees.
