Bought a home from them recently and the sales team and closing team are great. They were extremely helpful through the whole process. The warranty team on the other hand was extremely frustrating. I worked with Barbara Werner to try to resolve several issues and she continually slow rolled the service in what appeared to be an attempt to time out any requests outside of the warranty period. My fiancé and I had an amazing experience with purchasing our home at Park Place. Jay Gross was phenomenal and was made sure we loved everything about our house 100%. Even after we closed, I noticed a paint spot that needed a touch up and Jay came to fix it within 24 hours. I highly recommend Park Place because of Jay Gross.
