Sickeningly greedy and awful company. They made quick work of excavating two beautifully wooded properties next to us. Originally, they promised to only take down trees that interfered with building plans. Days later, the workers returned with new orders to take down every large tree. All this to build a soulless shoddy new construction cookie-cutter home with an AI-generated shot.
Terrible. A one star is even pushing it. Horrible! Run. Run . Run. Very unprofessional, pushy , and rude. The process was very stressful from beginning to end. And now , I have closed on my home and I can’t even gain access due to a broken key pad. No master key was given to me during closing. Everyone is clueless in this company and doesn’t care about customer service. All they care about is closing the sale. Trust me, this isn’t the company you want to invest in.
