I have never seen such rude customer service in my life. They want to get straight to the point and don’t want no explaining. I’m actually so shocked on how rude my experience was. The lady that answered me on the phone was called Denise. All I wanted was to ask a question about my home warranty and she kept interrupting me every second and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Don’t forget the name DENISE

After new home sale support and warranty support is terrible. Build cheap houses and move on. Just trying to find out who installed the sprinkler system took much effort. Person who coordinates home fixes after the sale was ineffective and didn't care to take responsibility for anything, but only suggested filing under warranty. When I filed under warranty for failed caulking around hurricane protection pegs, I was told that it was normal maintenance and the responsibility was mine as the home owner. Sickeningly greedy and awful company. They made quick work of excavating two beautifully wooded properties next to us. Originally, they promised to only take down trees that interfered with building plans. Days later, the workers returned with new orders to take down every large tree. All this to build a soulless shoddy new construction cookie-cutter home with an AI-generated shot.
