It's been 3 years and my warranty work is still not completed , I keep getting ignored and they won't reinburse me back on money they owe me.

Terrible customer service. I’m considering getting a lawyer involved at this point. Seems like most of the people in my subdivision have given up and paid for repairs out of pocket due to the lack of response and the representative ignoring them. Will never go with this company due to their manipulative tactics and terrible customer service post purchase.
This company cuts corners to save costs. I would not recommend them. Lots of mistakes found in new home construction.
