DR Horton used cheap contract service for my HVAC and plumbing. It is just 5 years already my HVAC pipeline is leaking. I reached HVAC and they connected copper and aluminum pipeline with some glue. What a joke. It is started leaking again in 2 months. The entire pipeline needs to be replaced. Cheap kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. I did external appraisal in the first year and fixed majority of the issues. Overall they have used low quality products and contract service. It's been 3 years and my warranty work is still not completed , I keep getting ignored and they won't reinburse me back on money they owe me.
