-Over 4 months for warranty repairs to be complete -incorrect and sloppy repairs done -constant lying about scheduling repairs after I requested pto to be home. -no accountability This warranty office has no clue what they are doing. I had a very good experience with a warranty ticket that I submitted in late Dec 2025. My issue was assigned to Derrick at Dr. Horton who immediately called and scheduled a few trades to come to the house to look at the situation. From that first visit, a work plan was determined with two or three different crews working on the repairs simultaneously. Let’s start with their sales rep bait and switching us by showing us photos of a backyard of their sister community which was “the same Size as my backyard would be.” In fact mine was 40 percent smaller. No compensating just lies and gaslighting by Brook their sales rep. Then a bait and switch with my mortgage rate which was “locked” until it was time to close - suddenly it was 1 full point higher.
