Warranty they promised that not work. DR Horton takes for ever and maybe never!! Will get things fixed.
I do not know what we pay the HOA for at this DR Horton property. They do not do anything that they say they are going to do. The houses are built with problems and we you ask them to fix it even 5 days into our new home they would not do it. They ignore you. They fine you for every little thing, they do not keep up the community center or the pool and many of our neighbors are plainly fed up.
