We have had a pleasant experience with DR Horton when it has to come to warranty issues. We just had our 1 year walkthrough and they addressed and fixed all of our concerns. Mostly we had nail pops which is typical for new construction as the house settles. We had a few other issues with doors not shutting properly and some flooring in the bathrooms. Jamison coordinated with all the vendors that needed to come in/out during this time so I was able to work from the house during the repairs with no interruptions.
Excellent & detailed service! Mark Burnette took care of my one year home walkthrough. Mark has an eye for detail and spotted things I didn’t even know were there. A repair day was scheduled shortly after working with my schedule and everything was fixed and handled in one day. Communication was clear from beginning to end which made the whole process stress free.
Thank you Jeremy Born who helped us with our one year walk through and set up the team to come work on our house. Jeremy was very professional and we appreciate his help. Thanks again Jeremy!
