I am beyond frustrated with the lack of integrity shown by DR Horton on my home. While out working in my yard today, I discovered this massive, heavy chunk of concrete buried deep inside my mulch bed. It’s clear that instead of properly disposing of construction waste, the crew found it easier to just dump it in the landscaping and hide it under a thin layer of dirt and mulch. I had a great experience with Linda Williams during a D.R. Horton closing. As the settlement agent for my borrower, she was proactive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for the borrower's big day.
Do not buy from DR Horton. Find a different builder. Don't make the same mistake we did.
Terrible builder with low quality products. House will fall apart within 6 months. Avoid avoid avoid. Many lawsuits against them.
