By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Jenn Rosenthal has no clue what she is doing. They are heartless, horrible contractors, my house is falling apart. Do not buy dr horton homes.
Dr Horton should rethink their entire partnership with Sterling ASI as their HOA management partner in Houston. Once you buy the home, you’re left to deal with the HOA which has been a nightmare from the beginning. Make sure to ask about the HOA management company for the home you’re considering, and look up reviews as this is a huge factor in your day to day life and quality. ALERT ALERT ALERT - PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS !!!!!!! Mind you they already have a class action lawsuit. In addition theyre facing RICO charges in other states.They tried to get you tied up into signing an arbitration clause. They got a lawsuit in South Carolina AND Louisiana from the issues I'm also experiencing here in Texas! When it comes to warranty work, this home builder is less interested in what they can do and more interested in what they can avoid doing. The reason people have homes built is so they can have warranties and don’t have to worry about things while they settle in. But things that are clearly messed up during construction are considered not covered. Getting the warranty work done is also not very easy.
