DR Horton sold us a house that has a major drainage problems and never disclosed to us the backyard floods. These pictures are after a heavy rain and we are so worried because hurricane season is coming. With a hurricane, our brand new house will flood. DH Horton knows this and is doing nothing. From the beginning communication with DR Horton Biloxi office it was awful. They pushed the problem onto the County. They do not follow up or call back. We will never buy from DR Horton again. STAY AWAY.................We Bought a house almost a year ago and sick of wasting my time with there shady work, corners cut yadda yadda.
This is crazy how the shingles blew off the house due to wind and they want to charge us. We’ve only been in the house 5 months that means it wasn’t done properly originally. They sent someone to fix it, but he stopped midway through the process, not sure what he was told he just left. I thought it was due to it being about to rain again said nothing. 3/13/25 I brought my first home from D.R. Horton & it's my biggest regret. Each time they come & fix anything they break 10 other things. My front windows frame blew away & the windows is next. Eddie our customer rep in tucson lies & avoids us! Its gotten to the point where he's not answering. Not one wall in my house is straight. My kids hurt their feet on the carpet tacks, they painted half our walls, the back of my house is cracking, my cabinets are peeling!
