Recently bought a home by Dr Horton. We had some issues we felt needed to be looked at but ended up not being as critical as we had thought. Dr Horton didn’t delay or hesitate in any of our requests. Fabian went above and beyond. Coming to the house to look and then scheduled everything. This was beyond what we were expecting. We really appreciate the time and effort. Than you team!
Zero consideration for anything other than a profit. Do yourself a favor and google them across other states, and the BBB. A simple google search will tell you NOT to buy that DR Horton mold box.
Stay away—seriously, stay away! We purchased a new-build home from DR Horton three years ago, and every single appliance in the house has failed, including the HVAC system. The home was built with extremely low-quality materials, and things started falling apart within the first year. This has been a very frustrating and costly experience. I will never purchase another new-build home, especially not one built by DR Horton.
George was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend working with him when you are in the market for a new home.
George Martin made the experience for me with D.R Horton as my salesman he treated me like he has known me for years and not like a sale I've had different sales experiences but my first one that I didn't feel like he was just all about the money definitely check them out.
